Greg's path to building Power100 was forged in the field. As the leader who scaled Mister Window from under $1 million to over $12 million in annual revenue in just four years, he experienced firsthand the absence of objective benchmarks, peer accountability, and leadership development infrastructure in the home improvement space. Over the course of more than 1,000 one-on-one interviews with home improvement CEOs and executives, Greg has developed an unusually deep understanding of what separates good operators from great leaders — and what the industry's top performers have in common.
