Mark Raines is the Head of Enterprise at XBuild, an AI orchestration platform for the construction industry that delivers AI-powered estimation, winning proposals, perfect material orders, and more profitable projects for contractors. Based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Mark leads XBuild's enterprise strategy, helping large-scale contractors and home improvement companies adopt AI-driven workflows to grow revenue and reduce overhead. Before joining XBuild in his current role in December 2025, Mark served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at ToolBelt from February 2024 to December 2025, where he led revenue strategy and go-to-market efforts for the contractor technology platform. Prior to the CRO role, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at ToolBelt from August 2022 to October 2024, overseeing operations and scaling the business.
