Before joining One Click Contractor, he served as CEO of Navaderm Partners, a private equity-backed dermatology company based in New York with 50+ physicians across the tri-state area. He also served as COO of Melinta Therapeutics (NASDAQ: MLNT), an anti-infective pharmaceutical company, where he led complex operations at the public-company level. Earlier in his career, Ryan held roles at Blue Star Innovation Partners and built a strong foundation in strategy consulting, including work in commercial due diligence for private equity, acquisition integration, and corporate development. Ryan holds an MBA in Strategy and Management from Washington University in St. Louis — Olin Business School (2005–2007).
