Adam's path to the home improvement industry was unconventional. A Maryland native, he caught the politics bug early and spent five years on Capitol Hill as a Special Assistant to the Chief of Staff for the U.S. House of Representatives, working on the Science Committee's Subcommittee on Environment, Technology and Standards. He graduated from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2001 with a B.A. in Economics with a concentration in Environmental Policy. Adam joined HomeFix in 2005, starting in the sales department before rapidly rising through the organization — serving as Manager of operations in New Jersey, then Virginia, before becoming Senior Vice President and ultimately CEO. He is also the Founder of Installation Services (est. 2017) and a Partner at Pure Finance Group.
Under Adam's leadership, HomeFix has been ranked #21 on the Qualified Remodeler Top 500 list and has been featured in Annapolis Home Magazine. HomeFix specializes in roofing, replacement windows (including the proprietary HomeStar brand), siding, doors, insulation, and gutters, with a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Adam is a member of the Young Presidents' Organization (YPO) — a global leadership community of over 30,000 extraordinary chief executives from 142 countries. He serves on the Board of Trustees for St. James School in Hagerstown, MD, and previously served as a Board Member at Indian Creek School. Adam lives in Annapolis with his wife Courtney and their three children.
