Bill Winters is the Chief Executive Officer of Victory Home Remodeling, a premier full-service exterior home remodeling company headquartered in Holmdel, New Jersey. Under Bill's leadership, Victory has become one of the fastest-growing construction companies in the nation, providing premium roofing, windows, siding, and gutter replacement solutions to homeowners across five states. Bill joined Victory Home Remodeling in June 2023 as Executive Vice President of Leadership and Development before being promoted to CEO in January 2024 — the company's first-ever CEO appointment. Prior to Victory, Bill spent a decade at ADP, the global human capital management leader, where he rose through the ranks from Vice President of Sales (2016–2019) to Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing Operations (2019–2021) and ultimately Division Vice President (2021–2023). His extensive experience building high-performance sales organizations at ADP provided the blueprint for Victory's explosive growth. Under Bill's executive guidance, Victory has grown to over 300 employees and $80M+ in annual revenue, serving more than 10,000 homeowners with over 5,000 projects completed since opening in 2019. The company earned the #1 spot on the 2024 Fortune Best Workplaces in Construction List, ranked #2 in Best Small and Medium-Size Company Workplaces in New York 2025, #31 on Fortune's Best Medium Workplaces 2025, and #685 on the 2025 Inc. 5000 List. Bill holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Founded by Jared Brown, Frank LaGuarina, Mike Nucci, and Matt Winters in 2019, Victory has expanded from its New Jersey roots to offices in Philadelphia and Long Island, with continued national expansion on the horizon.
