Prior to Victory, Bill spent a decade at ADP, the human resources consulting giant, where he rose from District Manager to Division Vice President of Sales. His educational foundation includes a B.S. from Fairleigh Dickinson University, which has equipped him with the leadership acumen to scale Victory to national prominence.
