We just got 15 windows replaced in our house by Clarity. We went with them because they're a family-owned business and they offer things like sound suppression and 4-layer glass. Kyle was really patient throughout the whole process. He went into all the warranty and agreement paperwork with a lot of attention to detail. After the windows were in, he even came by to make sure everything was how it should be. Holly did a good job keeping us in the loop about the order. Arturo and his crew know their stuff. The caulking around the windows looks clean and well done. Clarity kept their word on everything they promised.
We had used Clarity windows before for a previous home we lived in and we decided to use them again. Jon Craig worked with us to pick the windows that best fit our style! Unfortunately, our house burned down but not before the windows were installed. Clarity held onto the windows for us, for nine months until we were ready to have them installed recently. Jon came over to do a walk through after installation to make sure everything was done correctly. Steve and crew were great through the installation process. They made sure the job was complete and all of the windows were properly foamed, even though the house is completely gutted. Great company! I highly recommend Clarity, due to the helpful staff and quality of the windows.
We purchased our home 3 years ago with windows by Clarity. We had the transferable warranty provided at installation. We had a “fogged pane” within the warranty period. I called and spoke to Holly who was wonderful to work with! She led me through the process to determine we got the exact dimension's-she ordered it and when it was delivered to them promptly arranged for James to replace it. (James remembered installing these windows 8 yrs ago!) The entire team “get it”-customer service is the most important aspect for a successful business! Thanks one and all!
