In 2017, after relocating from California to Maryland, he attended Qualified Remodeler's inaugural TOP 500 LIVE conference with the express purpose of laying the groundwork for a new company in the home improvement space. That vision became Home Genius Exteriors. Under Jeff's leadership, Home Genius Exteriors has expanded from its Hyattsville, Maryland headquarters into multiple states including New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Washington D.C., Virginia, and most recently South Carolina.
