I could not wait until the crew finished so I could leave this outstanding review. We had siding put on our home by Home Genius Exteriors. From the start, Ralph explained how the work was to be done. I was kept in the loop at every step. They arrived on time, and worked 12 hour days for 4 days to complete. The workmanship is second to none. No detail was overlooked. Bernard, the project manager answered all of our questions and was at the ready from start to finish. We are so glad we chose Home Genius. Our home looks and feels like new. Thank you for everything! I only wish I had the names of the 4 workers to include in this review. I think you would be foolish to use anyone else if you want the job done to perfection. They are a hand of aces!
Home genius provided a great experience. They explained everything while keeping me posted on the progress of my Bay Window replacement project. Lori was amazing with communication about the details on the upcoming install date and time. The crew showed up on time and got to work immediately. They was super meticulous about taking care of my property Inside and out. Mike the project manager showed up confirmed the materials and put his gloves on to help the guys out with no hesitation. Love the professionalism and upfront honesty of the company. Great company to work with. The new bay window looks amazing fits right in my house and looks exactly how the sales representative Jud (cowboy) and I designed it. I will be using home genius again for the rest of my home improvements projects.
We used Home Genius Exteriors to replace some siding on our home. It was a great experience from start to finish --- beginning with the estimator using drone footage to show us areas that needed to be replaced. We found the prices to be competitive with other companies in the area and they were able to schedule the work at our convenience, which was nice. On the day of the job, the team arrived promptly and worked hard throughout the day. At one point it seemed like it would turn into a two-day job due to extra materials needed, but fortunately they were able to run out and get the materials. They worked up until the very last minutes of daylight to ensure that the job was completed on schedule and cleaned all the scraps/waste from our yard and driveway before leaving. We would definitely use Home Genius Exteriors again!
