A family-owned and operated replacement window and door company serving the Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs since 1947, Next Door & Window has grown under Justin's leadership into one of the largest window and door replacement companies in the region, with over 80 team members and three showroom locations in Burr Ridge, Naperville, and Arlington Heights, Illinois.
Justin joined Next Door & Window in October 2002 after serving as Operations Manager at AR-BE Garage Doors for nearly eight years. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its service model, grown its fleet to over 20 installation and service trucks, and merged with Wolt Window & Door of Lombard, IL in 2009 to strengthen its market position. Next Door & Window partners with premium brands including Marvin, Infinity from Marvin, Sunrise Windows, ProVia, and Albany Doors, offering complete paint and stain pre-finishing options and custom-crafted professional installation. Justin's father Ron remains involved, making Next Door & Window a true father-and-son team dedicated to the family business legacy.
Justin holds an MBA in Finance from St. Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Northern Illinois University, where he was President of Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He has completed both the Dale Carnegie Management Course and Dale Carnegie Training certification. Under Justin's leadership, Next Door & Window proudly supports the Sheilah A. Doyle Foundation, a local nonprofit helping children aged 7-17 who have lost a parent or sibling to homicide, and partners with Habitat for Humanity by providing new windows and doors to strengthen local communities each year.
