Levi Henrie is the Founder and CEO of Performance Windows, one of the fastest-growing window replacement companies in the United States. A 9-figure sales leader, Levi is an expert recruiter and trainer who has built and scaled the company from a startup in 2020 to a national operation with over 300 sales representatives and cumulative sales totaling over $300 million. Levi's expertise spans scaling back-end operations, fulfillment, and customer service — the operational backbone that enables rapid growth without sacrificing quality. Under his leadership, Performance Windows has become known for its streamlined customer experience, one-day installations, and lifetime warranties backed by US manufacturer Alside. Before founding Performance Windows, Levi served as Regional Marketing Director at JKR Windows in Lehi, Utah, where he learned the window business from the ground up — progressing from coordinator to director to regional manager over nearly two years. He graduated from Utah State University with a degree in Economics, Magna Cum Laude. Together with co-founder Kyle Deever, Levi has built a company culture rooted in meritocracy and employee empowerment.
