Paul Dietzler is the Owner and CEO of Expo Home Improvement, one of the most trusted home remodeling companies in Texas. Ranked #3 CEO in the 2026 Power100 National Power Rankings, Paul has built Expo Home from a $2.5 million window company into a multimillion-dollar, multi-market home improvement organization with over 300 team members serving homeowners across Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. Paul acquired Window Expo in 2012 after a distinguished career in hospitality leadership. He spent over a decade at Omni Hotels & Resorts (1999–2012), rising from Vice President of Finance & Technology to Executive Vice President of Asset Management. His corporate background in hospitality instilled a deep commitment to customer experience that has become the foundation of Expo Home's culture and competitive advantage. Under Paul's leadership, Expo Home Improvement has installed over 100,000 windows and expanded its services to include bathroom remodeling, kitchen cabinet refacing, door replacements, and one-day bath installations. The company tripled in size by 2020, reaching $20 million in revenue, and has maintained an A+ BBB rating since 2006. In 2021, Window Expo and Bath Expo were consolidated under the unified Expo Home Improvement brand. The company recently opened a new headquarters campus in Farmers Branch, Texas, designed to bring the North Texas team together under one roof. Expo Home Improvement is a faith-based company built on core values of Integrity, Excellence, and Service. Paul founded Matthew 6 Ministries, a nonprofit dedicated to ending child hunger and homelessness, with a portion of every sale supporting its mission. He also leads Collective Way, an organization that brings together faith-driven businesses and faith-based nonprofits to create lasting economic, social, and spiritual impact — including donating water filters to families in need in Central America.
