Charlie one of the managers was extremely helpful in getting my issues resolved. SchwinCo had my windows completely rebuilt and had a new contractor (Tim @ Lipton windows and doors) come in and install them. The windows have worked correctly since then and easy to use. I truly believe it was never the windows or SchwinCo but was the original contractor (durasash) that did a horrible job on the install causing all my issues. I have had these new windows now for almost a year and they work great!
