Hands down the single best remodeling experience ever! From Denver Clark, the salesman who put together a perfect bid and worked with me to get exactly the look. I wanted, to John Biggerstaff, the project manager, who came out and measured, answered every detail question, and was a complete pro, to Guillermo, the crew manager, who made sure the job was done, exquisitely and cleaned everything up, the entire crew was great! My windows look beautiful, and definitely enhance the look of the house. Even having gone through the entire process with me, my husband commented that the windows looked really spectacular, and made more of a difference than he thought they could! We will definitely be using NGW again to do the windows on the back of the house as soon as we are able to do so.
The folks at North Georgia Replacement Windows made the entire process pleasurable. Their professionalism at the outset was superb. Emma walked us through the process, gave us a competitive bid and was prompt and professional in follow up. There was no hard pressure sale, but a patient and thorough explanation of their product was provided. Time from window order to delivery was extended because of factory backlog. This was a large custom Windo installed 65 ft above grade. NGRW had no part of the delay and provided updates along the way. Randy and the installation team were awesome. Window delivered on time, crew was efficient, polite and neat. Some minor damage to a light fixture occurred which was replaced efficiently and promptly. I have complete confidence in their company. If we have other window replacements in the future, they would be my first consideration.
