Chris Edwards is the CEO and Owner of Presidential Exteriors — and the #16 ranked home improvement CEO in the nation according to Power100's proprietary 5-layer evaluation system. A former college athlete turned entrepreneur, Chris founded Presidential Exteriors in 2015 after spending six years at the country's largest exterior remodeling company, where he learned firsthand that bigger isn't always better. He launched Presidential with a mission to create the kind of growth-oriented, employee-first environment he never experienced as a corporate employee. Under Chris's leadership, Presidential Exteriors has grown from five employees to approximately 140 team members, many of whom have been with the company since its early days. The company has achieved a 178% increase in revenue growth and was ranked No. 154 by Qualified Remodeler, with over 1,600 jobs completed in a single year. Presidential serves homeowners across Montgomery County, Maryland, and Fairfax County, Virginia, specializing in roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and all exterior remodeling needs while maintaining an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Chris's leadership philosophy centers on career satisfaction as a driver of productivity. By creating multiple divisions within Presidential Exteriors, he allows employees to find the area where they perform best, fostering upward career mobility and long-term retention. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Salisbury University and previously worked in quality assurance at Power Home Remodeling Group before founding Presidential.
